Abstract

The invention relates to a weaving method for novel mica base cloth, in particular to a weaving method for utilizing an air jet loom to weave the mica base cloth. As the mica base cloth is generally thin cloth, and the thickness is smaller than 0.1 mm, the air jet loom is not utilized for producing the mica base cloth at present in weaving production of glass fiber. By improving the air jet loom, an impregnating compound of glass fiber yarn and the warping technology, the air jet loom can weave thick cloth and thin mica base cloth with stable quality. The mica base cloth produced through the method is good in cloth quality and thin, the weaving efficiency is high, the thickness is smaller than 0.1 mm, and the requirement of the thin glass fiber cloth for mica tape can be fully met.
本发明涉及云母基布的织造方法,具体涉及一种利用喷气织布机织造云母基布的织造方法。?喷气织布机在玻璃纤维的纺织生产中目前未被利用生产云母基布,这是由于云母基布的一般都是薄布,厚度低于0.1mm,本发明通过改进喷气织布机、改进玻纤纱的浸润剂、改进整经工艺,使得喷气织布机不再是只能织造厚布也能织造质量稳定的较薄的云母基布。这种方法生产的云母基布,织造效率高,布质好、布质薄,其厚度低于0.1mm,能充分满足云母带用玻璃纤维薄布的要求。
