Abstract

The invention relates to a recycling method for severely contaminated RO (reverse osmosis) membranes. The recycling method is characterized in that a membrane with low flux is subjected to at least one acid treatment and/or at least one alkali treatment, then is mixed with an oxidized membrane and recycled, wherein the mixing mass ratio of the membrane with the low flux to the oxidized membrane is 1:(0.1-10). According to the recycling method, two scrapped membranes are mixed after pretreatment, so that the two scrapped membranes can be recycled effectively, and the effects of waste utilization and environmental protection can be realized well while the cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种被严重污染反渗透膜回用方法,其特征在于:产水量低的膜经至少一次的酸和/或至少一次的碱处理后,与被氧化的膜混合后回用;其中,所述产水量低的膜与被氧化的膜的混合质量比为1:0.1-10。本发明通过将两种报废膜进行预处理后混合的方式使得两类废膜能被有效回用,降低成本的同时,也能很好的起到利废环保的效果。
