本发明公开了一种碳纤维纳米石墨复合导电塑料的制备方法,属于导电塑料领域。本发明在聚苯乙烯塑料基体中,加入碳纤维和石墨制得的混合导电母料,用密炼机密炼后将物料装入双螺杆挤出机中,进行挤压造粒、过筛、干燥即可得碳纤维纳米石墨复合导电塑料,本发明制得的复合导电塑料既保持了高分子材料的优异特性又具有导电的功能,避免了产生静电放电与电击现象,而且成本比较低,具有很强的实用性。
The invention discloses a method for preparing carbon fiber nano graphite composite conductive plastic, which belongs to the field of conductive plastics. According to the method, carbon fiber and graphite are added into a polystyrene plastic matrix to prepare mixed conductive masterbatch, the mixed conductive masterbatch is mixed by a banbury mixer, then the material is placed in a double screw extruder, and the steps of extruding granulation, sieving and drying are carried out on the material to obtain the carbon fiber nano graphite composite conductive plastic. The prepared composite conductive plastic can keep excellent characteristics of a high-molecular material and has conductive function, can avoid phenomena of generation of electrostatic discharge and electric shock, has low cost, and has strong practicality.
