Tooth root stress analysis method for guiding gear stress detection

Abstract

The invention discloses a tooth root stress analysis method for guiding gear stress detection. The method comprises steps: determining the force borne by gear teeth of an internal gear rim in transmission by carrying out stress analysis on a first stage planetary transmission gear; establishing an internal gear rim parametric model by adopting ProE three-dimensional modeling software, and simplifying the internal gear rim parametric model; establishing an internal gear rim finite element model; analyzing a full cycle of gear teeth from meshing to demeshing, so as to determine meshing contact lines of gear teeth of the internal gear rim at each moment; and solving tooth root stress distribution of the gear teeth of the internal gear rim at multiple engagement positions in a meshing cycle by using ANSYS. According to the method, detailed stress and distribution of the gear roots of the gear rim can be obtained, and possible problems can be timely detected. Strain gauges arrangement in gearbox performance testing is effectively guided, so that stress test is more accurate and easier to implement, the cots is lowered and high quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种用于指导齿轮应力检测的齿根应力分析方法,通过对第一级行星传动齿轮进行受力分析,确定传动过程中内齿圈轮齿所承受力的大小,采用ProE三维造型软件建立内齿圈参数化模型,并对内齿圈模型进行简化,建立内齿圈有限元模型,取轮齿进入啮合至退出啮合的一个整周期进行分析,确定了各时刻的内齿圈轮齿啮合接触线,利用ANSYS求解内齿圈轮齿在一个啮合周期内多个啮合位置下的齿根应力分布。本发明可详细得出齿圈齿根应力大小及分布状况,能够及时发现可能存在的问题,并有效的指导了齿轮箱性能检测中应变片的布置,使得应力试验更为准确简便易行,达到了降低成本又确保高质量的效果。
