Abstract

The invention provides a sinusoidal signal generator. The sinusoidal signal generator includes a phase-locked loop connected with a crystal oscillator, a low-pass filter connected with the output end of the phase-locked loop, and a voltage controlled oscillator connected with the output end of the low-pass filter; one path of the output end of the voltage controlled oscillator is fed back to the phase-locked loop through a frequency multiplier circuit, and the other path of the output end of the voltage controlled oscillator is outputted to an amplifier; the output end of the amplifier is connected with a control end of a switch driver; the frequency multiplier circuit which includes a frequency tripler, a six-time frequency multiplier and a nine-time frequency multiplier which are connected in parallel, wherein the frequency tripler, the six-time frequency multiplier and the nine-time frequency multiplier are connected with the phase-locked loop through a first regulating switch, a second regulating switch and a third regulating switch respectively. With the sinusoidal signal generator of the invention adopted, multi-tap position adjustability of output frequency can be realized under the situation that the oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator is fixed; and a user can set the output frequency of the sinusoidal signal generator conveniently through tap positions at the outer surface of the sinusoidal signal generator.
本发明提出了一种正弦信号发生器,包括:包括锁相环,其连接至晶振;低通滤波器,连接至锁相环的输出端;压控振荡器,连接至低通滤波器输出端,其输出端一路通过倍频器电路反馈至锁相环,另一路输出至放大器,放大器的输出端连接到所述开关驱动器的控制端;所述倍频器电路包括并联连接的3倍频器、6倍频器和9倍频器,所述3倍频器、6倍频器和9倍频器分别通过第一调节开关、第二调节开关和第三调节开关连接至所述锁相环。本发明的正弦信号发生器,在晶振的振荡频率固定情况下,可以实现输出频率的多档可调,用户通过外表面的档位可以方便的设定正弦信号发生器的输出频率。
