Abstract

一种桥梁支座更换顶升反力架,包括横向承重梁,横向承重梁放置在桥梁原有支座之间,在盖梁两侧设置有多组承重框架,纵向承重梁安装在承重框架顶部,纵向承重梁上部放置多组千斤顶用于顶升桥梁梁体。本发明提供的桥梁支座更换顶升反力架,通过采用横向承重梁、纵向承重梁与承重框架相配合的结构,将桥梁梁体重量通过承重框架及横向承重梁分配给盖梁。本发明无需设立单独的反力墩或加工钢箍,施工工艺简便,不受墩柱形状及地基承载力限制,经济实用。
The invention relates to a bridge support exchanging and lifting reaction frame. The bridge support exchanging and lifting reaction frame comprises a horizontal bearing beam which is placed between original bridge supports, a plurality of groups of bearing frameworks are arranged on two sides of a capping beam, longitudinal bearing beams are mounted at the tops of the bearing frameworks, and a plurality of groups of jacks are placed at the upper parts of the longitudinal bearing beams to be used for lifting a bridge body. According to the bridge support exchanging and lifting reaction frame provided by the invention, a structure that the horizontal bearing beam, the longitudinal bearing beams and the bearing frameworks are matched is adopted, so that the weight of the bridge body is allocated to the capping beam through the bearing frameworks and the horizontal bearing beam. According to the bridge support exchanging and lifting reaction frame disclosed by the invention, a separate reaction pier or a processing steel hoop does not need to be established, so that the construction technology is simple and convenient and free from the limit of the shapes of pier columns and the bearing capacity of foundations, and the bridge support exchanging and lifting reaction frame is economical and practical.
